Elements of Your Training

Learn through online programming, Online Facilitated Sessions and Live Intensives

  • Pre-Work and Orientation

    Pre-Work and Orientation begins as soon as you register. You will need 2-6 weeks to prepare for our first session together. Pre-work includes the Level-Up: Leadership Capacity Builder Program and your Orientation.

  • Class Work and Live Sessions

    Live Online Sessions are held on Thursdays 7 - 8:15pm ET. We will answer questions from the online Class Work and you will practice what you have learned in small groups.

  • Live Intensives

    Each element of this program includes a Live Intensive. Expect high engagement to practice techniques so you can build your skills and confidence. The program includes a supervised breakthrough.

Program Schedule

This Certification Program includes Online Learning, Live Online Sessions, Community Engagement, Assessments, and Live Intensives. Plan for 2-3 hours per week for your learning. All program dates can be found here.
